How booking works.

Book your package
Choose your package, pay securely, then submit a short form. At least 14 days before your first party night. We'll give you a quick call to confirm the details.

Mockups and kit
We email your branded mockups within 2–3 days for approval. Once approved, we post your kit to your chosen address.

Do guests need to download anything?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera and it opens in their browser.
Does it cost guests anything?
No. Guests use it free all night at your party.
What are guests open to?
Whatever they choose: new friends, a new connection, or more. Everyone can see what each person is open to.
What about safety and privacy?
Profiles disappear when guests leave, and we review every report. There are built-in safety features too, like block and report. See our Privacy policy, Terms and Community Guidelines and Safety Policy.
Do my staff need training?
No. You'll get a one-page briefing, and the table tents and poster do the rest.
What if my party nights are less than 14 days away?
Email us at hello@im-here.live and we'll let you know if we can fit you in.
Can I use it after Christmas?
Yes. Christmas venues get first access to our Founding Partner rates for regular events/venue nights.
