They send a wave, and when it's mutual, they go and say hello. It only shows people who are actually there, and when the event ends, the room closes. There's no download, and it all runs in the browser.

From booking to go-live

How it works.

  1. Choose your date and book

    Select your event date and pay the £25 setup fee. Your event needs to be at least 10 days away so we can get everything to you in time.

  2. Tell us about your event

    Send your logo or event name, your brand colours, your layout and a delivery address. It takes two minutes on the next page.

  3. Approve your designs

    We'll send mockups of your personalised QR materials within 2–3 working days.

  4. Receive your kit

    Your printed materials are posted to you before your event, ready to set out.

  5. Go live

    Your guests scan, see who's there, wave and meet, right there in real-time at your event, with 90 minutes of free access for every guest. You'll also get a results report the next day showing how many scans, profiles, waves and connections were made at your event.

Questions organisers ask.

What is I'm Here, exactly?
I'm Here is an intentional platform for real-world connection. It only works where people are actually together, and guests can use it for something serious, open dating or making new friends.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests access I'm Here through their browser by scanning the QR code.
Who can access the live room?
Access is location-based and tied to the participating venue or event, subject to the configuration of the experience.
What happens when the event ends?
The live room closes and people are no longer visible in that live experience.
What happens if I'm Here isn't live?
Visitors can join the relevant I'm Here waitlist so they can be brought back when the experience is live again.
Can we customise the branding?
I'm Here can provide branded QR signage and event/venue materials, with options depending on the partner setup.
Do we get a dashboard?
Participating organisers and venues can have access to an I'm Here dashboard with available activity and analytics — including a live view of the room, and performance across your sessions. We'll confirm exactly what's available for your setup.
How much does it cost?
Every event/venue starts with a £25 trial. After that, plans start from £29/month and cover every event you run that month. See pricing above. Intentions can be set to suit your crowd, including a no-dating option for workplace and community events.
